I'm a trained illustrator/artist http://luisdelacruzstudio.com passionate about pen and ink illustration, painting, sequential art, murals/public art, and costume design. I’m also a trained Emergency Medical Technician, Firefighter, Teacher. I am proficient in basic office skills such as typing, Microsoft Office products and records keeping. I have extensive experience with public speaking, I am fully fluent in Spanish and am currently leaning German. In my spare time I’m a member of Democracy at Work San Antonio Chapter where I coordinate, prepare and present on democratizing the workforce, employee co-ops, and local issues.

Spanish Language Teacher / Assistant Football Coach - I taught 5 daily courses of 2nd year Spanish to 10th and 11th grade students. I created lesson plans which were utilized by the entire Spanish Department. I maintained daily student records, open communication with the students, their parents and my coworkers. I worked closely with other teachers and school administrators allowing for collaboration and teamwork. As assistant football coach I led daily practices, skills training, and created weekly game plans. I was able to take lessons from past games and practices and improve training resulting in a more successful seasons.
